27. Power to Speak only Uplifting & Positive words about self.
We spend our time speaking every day with family, friends, staff at work, and strangers. Are you paying attention to what you are speaking to others about yourself?
Do you start sentences like:
"I am so tired today, I don't like hard work, I want them to behave nicely to me," etc.
Every word that you speak about yourself, even though nobody asks... When people around you share their life with you or talk about themselves, just listen to them without judgment and learn from them as well. Notice when you are by yourself or chatting with people online, do you speak or type negative words about yourself or discouraging words about yourself: "I can't do it, it's too hard, I know what I can and can't do," etc.
Your Day 1 task was to be silent... It will pay off well, and when it's time to speak again, you are going to renew your words. They will be more uplifting and encouraging words about yourself, rather than wanting it from others. Don't you go around wanting someone to be kind and loving to you or wanting to hear loving words from their mouth, and dislike it when they complain all day or talk only negative things about themselves or others. In the company of these spoken words, you will only feel low vibration, unhappiness, sadness, misery, joy disappearing, and boredom stepping inside you.
That is why our words carry magical power. They have positive and negative side effects depending on how we use our mouths and the words we speak out. When you speak kindly of others and yourself, what do you feel inside? When you speak negative words about yourself to others, what do you feel inside? When you speak uplifting words to yourself or others, what do you feel inside?
On Day 4, the task is to keep you all moving or being productive so that the mind doesn't influence you to speak negative words about yourself out loud, casting a spell over your life and destiny. Day 1's task is to silence you from all the excuses that the mind will encourage you to speak out all negative words. Have you noticed any changes in your words and your thoughts for the past 26 days?
Did you experience discomfort when you had to be silent?
Did you experience urges of wanting to speak and share your thoughts with others?
Did your mind torture you with lots of talk that tempted you to speak it out?
Did you question people when your mind was creating doubts about them?
Did you believe your mind's assumptions, stories, or doubts?
Did you surrender to your mind and allow it to control you?
Did it work when you were stubborn with your mind?
Did you give in to the mind's ideas of just doing nothing and not moving around?
How did you feel speaking less for 26 days?
Let's start speaking again with lots of positive words about yourself, others, situations, and all the challenges you face in your life. The "I AM" affirmation, does it work? Well, you got your answer today, is it not? We speak the words "I am" throughout the day. Notice the result and what you feel inside. This method will make you see more clearly that the "I AM" affirmation does work because we use them daily without paying attention. But now, you are going to pay attention because everyone wants a beautiful life, happiness, unlimited joy, and abundance of prosperity. So, would you be more mindful of what you speak about yourself now?
Here are a few "I AM" affirmations for you to practice and remember to speak in your daily life:
- I am doing great.
- I am active and moving around every day.
- I am healthy (you can use the word "healing" when you are recovering from sickness).
- I am resting and relaxing (when you are tired, use: "I will rest and relax today").
- I feel wonderful today.
When you are alone, you can speak uplifting affirmations to program your mind to only speak these uplifting words back to you.
I am a kind soul.
I am a loving soul.
I am courageous.
I am brave.
I can do hard work with ease and joy.
I can study new subjects with lots of enthusiasm.
I am excited to see everything in an optimistic manner.
I will only focus my attention on the positive side when I am in a difficult situation.
I like looking at the bright side in all hardships of life.
I am learning how to be strong by doing things that are uncomfortable.
All the challenges that I face are building me to be the best version of myself for the future.
I like to face my fears; it makes me feel so strong when the fear is gone.
You can do it, I believe in you. Just go slowly with yourself.
