Day 13

Day 13 - For tomorrow Morning 

1. Continue 1st Day Task being Magic Tree - Speak only when spoken too.
2. Continue 2nd Day Not buying anything new into your house - when you already have them at home.
3. Continue 3rd Day Don't Eat when your nose is hungry - Eat when your body is hungry
4. Continue 4th Day Always be on the move not giving the mind to speak anything to you or manipulate you. 
5. Continue 5th Day Creating only positive Thought for people you see and hear.
6. Continue 6th Day Your Heart and Mind is your Airport, take responsibility of what you allow inside.
7. Continue 7th Day Power to Say to yourself "AM DOING IT FOR ME" 
8. Continue 8th Day "Master your EYE" Let your eye be your assistant not hurt you.
9. Continue 9th Day Being Positive Water. 
10. Continue 10th Day Power to Laugh at your own Mistake.
11. Continue 11th Day Give the gift of Hug to all you meet.
12. Continue 12th Day Pause Ask question before you say "Sorry" Say "Thankyou for letting me know I shall make note and be more mindful of my words"
13. Wake up before hitting Snooze button

This is also for me I still have a habit to snooze the alarm and get up after 15min or 30min. I felt that I needed more will power to build that beautiful habit even. 

Waking up early have so many benefit, alone time with self and divine, meditation, exercise, water the plants, write diary or write post, read a book without being disturb, just enjoy quiet time without being call on. 

Many who work outside or at office must be always on time, housewife is like no click in to work just responsibility to care for child needs and help husband when he needs. My own responsibility nobody is free to help how weird is that. 

So let not snooze our life but wake up when its time, snooze also make use want to snooze our goal or dream or task or to do list.

Tips to be able to wake up early without hitting Snooze:
1. Plans out your day to do something exciting that you would love to do. 
2. If you need to go to work find something that you wish you could do but never got time do that in the morning itself like example: painting or reading or drawing or cycling. When you get up in the morning with excitement for yourself the whole day will go well with positivity. 

What I notice:
When we have to go on holiday we get up before time or even the alarm itself we get so excited to get to travel to new place. When we have to attend show that we are really excited about getting up early become so easy like child play itself. 
I had to do many experiment on myself to see what will make me get up in the morning early. At first it was just spiritual improvement and one thought that kept me going was getting freedom from unhealthy relationship it worked like charm for 2yrs Then added Jiu-jitsu class now i still need something to pull myself out of the bed. 
Sometime its also the surrounding that is causing us not want to wake up at all. Waking up in the house with Constance verbal abuse it can be really hard and challenging for me. I keep telling myself that it just war between two people not me included they voice are like wind or bird crying for help which I can't step in if I did both attack me like hawk. Escape also can't, so much peace when they aren't at home best is when I am occupied in gardening it take me away from them. I love my own company a lot, only peace and bliss is there. 

So find something you like doing to navigate your life path
