1. Continue 1st Day Task being Magic Tree - Speak only when spoken too.
2. Continue 2nd Day Not buying anything new into your house - when you already have them at home.
3. Continue 3rd Day Don't Eat when your nose is hungry - Eat when your body is hungry
4. Continue 4th Day Always be on the move not giving the mind to speak anything to you or manipulate you. 
5. Continue 5th Day Creating only positive Thought for people you see and hear.
6. Continue 6th Day Your Heart and Mind is your Airport, take responsibility of what you allow inside.
7. Continue 7th Day Power to Say to yourself "AM DOING IT FOR ME" 
8. Continue 8th Day "Master your EYE" Let your eye be your assistant not hurt you.

We all have fears. Sometimes, we choose to avoid facing them or simply ignore their existence. When you confront your fears slowly, they become easier to face without doubt, and fear becomes fun and challenging.

Personal Experience:
I used to fear angry people, those who enjoy fighting, and most of all, cockroaches - the smallest insects that don't even hurt me. When I was young, I was locked in the toilet by the maid. She would get upset about something and take it out on me. One day, the next-door neighbor was using bug spray, and since I was locked up in the toilet, I was really scared. The maid would put my face in the toilet as a punishment for something I did, which I don't remember. I must have been really naughty back then. But the worst part is that this memory still haunts me. I witnessed lots of cockroaches coming out of the drain pipes into the toilet, and I screamed like anything. I don't remember what happened after that, but because of that incident, I always keep one eye open when I sleep, fearing that a cockroach is looking at me. Since this childhood incident, I had a cockroach phobia. However, I was able to cure myself with the help of the Divine, which slowly guided me to face my fear by being in the same room with a cockroach. Gradually, I made improvements, and now, if I see a cockroach in the kitchen, I start talking to it and give it a name to lessen the fear. Then, I was able to step up and face people who like to fight or are upset. It wasn't easy, but I was glad that the Divine within me was always guiding me and showing me the steps I needed to take to interact with people who were in an angry mood.

Now, I am honest with whoever I interact with. I make my words short, clear, and kind. If anyone blames me for their emotional state, I question them about how I was able to change their emotional state. Honesty helps me see more clearly that fear is just in my imagination, I have already faced death and surrendered to it. Fear is no more. If doubt arises, I ask to clear my doubt, and if fear tries to come, I tell myself that I am ready to die. By doing this, the mind stops creating fear within me. It has no more power because I keep saying that I am ready for death, which means it's game over for the mind's tricks.

Every day is a fun and relaxing journey for me. I keep working on facing whatever comes my way.

I also confess my fears to my family. I told my mom that I fear her, told my in-laws that I fear them, and told my husband that I fear him. The more I confess to them, the more the fear diminishes within me. At the same time, I only seek support from the Divine within me directly. I have also prepared my mindset that if anyone makes fun of me for believing in the Divine within me, I will still be kind to them because they are also making fun of themselves internally.

My Beliefs:
Peaceful people will never intentionally hurt others.
Only unhappy people are unkind, so give them more compassion and kindness. Even if they treat you poorly, if you can't give kindness, at least give them peace by not interacting. Only reply with one word, no more games or provoking. If they want to provoke, let them, just don't react. This is how you face your fears. Some even give fear to their loved ones, and I also confront them by saying, "Thank you for giving me so much fear. I made the right choice by having only one child, so the fear should end with me. Thank you for complaining about my things. I have learned to give them up and let go. Thank you for telling me what annoys you. I am working on getting rid of everything that annoys you as well, and I am happy with fewer things now." My honest words must have hit them hard because their response is silence and no more comments or complaints.
