25. Today is an exercise of what you value the most.
We were taught at a very young age what to value and learn from observing what adults value the most. For each and every person, it would be different.
What do you value the most? Make a list in order.
Here is my order of what I value the most:
1. Divine (God) Voice within - Observer within that shares unlimited knowledge when asked
2. Unconditional Love
3. Water, Earth, Energy, Fire, Air Elements
4. Healthy Mind, Body, and Soul
5. Vegetables & Fruits
6. Animals
7. Humanity (Relationships, Family, Relatives, Cousins, Friends, Strangers)
8. Enthusiasm in work that rewards as money - for city life people
9. Enthusiasm in farming that rewards as food they grow - for sharing with city people
I know some might have doubts about why I have it in such order, and here I shall explain my point of view of why it is in this order.
The moment I get up, I think of the Divine first and how I can be an instrument of service to the Divine by having the same qualities of the Divine in me, which is Unconditional Love. When I start my day, the first thing I do is drink water. It's the element that I can't live without, so it holds value for me. With it, I can detox my body. When I say gratitude to the water before I drink, I experience a high vibration of energy within me, running with joy and charging my whole body with divinely created energy, catching the glimpse of sunlight of the day, filling the heart with warmth. After that, I would take care of the mind - only taking in positive uplifting words, the body - exercising daily, and the soul - connecting with the Divine in all actions. Then it's time to nourish this body with earth-grown food. Without them, we can't start our day with enthusiasm and excitement. Gratitude to animals for protecting these earth-grown food and sharing them with us. Then care for the people around us, reminding them to take care of themselves first before they care for others, to remind them of what is important for the body, mind, and soul. Giving 100%, enthusiasm, and love in the workplace, as its rewards can benefit family and self-desire.
What is your list like? And there is a game that you need to play with the list. Write down the first and second priority on a piece of paper, pick one which is more important, then add the third priority, then choose again just one that is important for you. Whatever you pick first between 1 & 2, write that down on a different piece of paper at the bottom, then add the 1, 2, & 3 priorities. From these three, pick only one that is important to you. This will go second to last on the different piece of paper.

This is just a fun exercise to know yourself and what you prioritize more in your life when there are 2 choices or 3 choices or more. When you make the list, it will be in the order that you think it should be, but in reality, our actions, behavior, and habits are the ones that never lie at all. You could also ask your close ones around you from their observation what you value most. Sometimes their point of view can be based on their own desires rather than being a detached observer. So, check yourself and play this game daily also just to see which is more valuable to you. The order can change on a daily basis. Remember, whatever order you pick, that is your value. Some of your values are already in automatic habits, which are selfless with real intention and no resentment in them. Some could be just pretending unknowingly. I was one of them who used to be selfless, but it wasn't with good intention. It was mostly in self-sacrifice with a feeling of pain rather than a feeling of love in it. I had to slowly work on myself to change what I value the most. Sometimes I unknowingly compared my values with others just to self-sabotage and hurt myself. I didn't know why I did that to myself. Then slowly, I had to stop comparing with others and started to compare the past with the present instead, which was much better and self-improvement with creating healing to self.
