23. Workout on Empty Stomach daily no excuses. Pick wisely - Eat less or Eat the same ?
We all want to reach work, school, or college on time. Before that, we have to take care of our body hygiene, which includes showering, brushing teeth, dressing smartly, and eating food. However, many forget to do simple stretching exercises for the body, which would benefit us when we are moving around, lifting things, or doing activities that mostly involve our body movement.
Make stretching exercises your first priority, and then eat your food. Working out on an empty stomach allows the body to repair itself before it gets occupied with digesting food that we eat when we are hungry.
Lesson from Observation:
In this modern time, we use our bodies less and rely more on our minds. However, we still have the same old eating habits as in the olden times. In the past, we used our entire bodies when farming or doing labor work. But now, as the generations of our family grow with more knowledge and new inventions, we are not using our full bodies to work, only our brains and hands.
Eating Habits:
Olden Time - Full body work - Eat 3 meals a day
Modern Time - Only brain work and less labor work on the body - Eat 3 meals a day
The eating habits are still following the same old pattern instead of decreasing our meal intake.
More work - eat 3 times - body uses up all the food fuel to repair itself.
Less work - eat 3 times - body uses less food fuel to repair the body, but the overload of food causes the body to slowly overload, causing blockage, just like a hoarder collector.
When you have 3 times meal and do 3 times the hard work with your body, the body is not overloaded with storage of leftover food.
When you have 3 times meal and only do half the hard work with your body, the body is overloaded and has to store the leftover food, which later causes sickness and disease.
Analyze this and think about comparing your body to a factory that produces food - the food that you eat. But only 10% of the orders come in, so only 10% of the body uses it, and the remaining 90% is unwanted. What will happen to the food? 90% of the food needs to be cut into small pieces, then liquidated or thrown away. The body has to work much harder to get rid of the 90%, some of which turns into vitamins or acid in case of emergencies. Can you imagine your body organs working in this factory? Would the organs get tired, bored, frustrated, and overstressed when they have to keep doing the same old work that nobody wants? How much can they store up when it's not even being used at all?
Ask any factory worker who has to throw away good food instead of being able to give it to people who need it or are hungry.
Ask any shop owner if they would enjoy selling only one product with good sales while the rest are unwanted.
Solution:
Would they want to sell only what the customer is interested in, so they enjoy selling?
Would the factory only produce 10% of the product, so they can invest in making it high quality for the customer?
Would you choose to produce only 10% of the product that is needed, so the factory can focus on improvement and invest in that 10% to be high quality ?
Would you eat less for your body to be able to focus on repairing and healing other parts of the body, so they are always free when an emergency happens in your body ?
Choose wisely in the modern time. Will you continue eating the same with less work, or will you add more work to balance it out, or eat less to balance it out with the less work you do ?
