Trust
When u trust someone full heartedly and when u have disagreement they use those information against you 🤦♀️ just to hurt you. First lesson learn - this person can't be trusted, but heart is pure so its say "its ok dear u love to share just share but if he use it against you just don't react to it". Second time trust and have disagree later other day then they use it again to hurt u intentionally and didnt react they try there best to provoke us. Second lesson learn - why is he provoking me, heart say he wanted ur reaction but don't act on it cause u are not like that. Third time trust and then disagreement happen I am ready, stable & calm. Because now I know what is going to happen next, they use it against me also provoke me and when I didnt react they made sad face saying ok I am bad right and leave the room.
