Day 11

1. Continue 1st Day Task being Magic Tree - Speak only when spoken too.

2. Continue 2nd Day Not buying anything new into your house - when you already have them at home.

3. Continue 3rd Day Don't Eat when your nose is hungry - Eat when your body is hungry

4. Continue 4th Day Always be on the move not giving the mind to speak anything to you or manipulate you. 

5. Continue 5th Day Creating only positive Thought for people you see and hear.

6. Continue 6th Day Your Heart and Mind is your Airport, take responsibility of what you allow inside.

7. Continue 7th Day Power to Say to yourself "AM DOING IT FOR ME" 

8. Continue 8th Day "Master your EYE" Let your eye be your assistant not hurt you.

9. Continue 9th Day Being Positive Water. 

10. Continue 10th Day Power to Laugh at your own Mistake.

11. Give the gift of Hug to all you meet.

When we were small we like to be hug, slowly when we start to grow up in size parent stop giving us hug cause we aren't cute like before. We don't smile when they wanted us to smile they also knows that to make us smile or laugh they had to do tricks just to get what they wanted our cute smile or cute sound of our laughter, then they would give us hugs. 

Do we miss these affectionate hugs we do, some may denied it but all we crave is affection of love in the form of Hugs. Did you know Giving hug is also a way to get hug in return. 

My Experience:

I admire one relative from husband side, when ever I meet her she will always give a hug its like her trademark of showing she care. Everyone would be impress by her nature of smile then hugs that would imprint in everyone no matter how the conversation when. I ask her how she build such a beautiful habits. I didn't the answer I was looking for seem like she too doesn't know how it all started. 

So I started to copy one of her habit which I really like it. I started giving hugs to everyone no elimination anyone out except people I live with. There is a reason why I couldn't be able to give hug to two individuals as I could feel they energy very high of resentment in them I still need to make my energy of unconditional love more higher then them. Giving hugs with pureness of love is more powerful then giving hug with fakeness. 

I was able to gives hugs to everyone I meet stranger, long relative that hardly meet, friends, brother, sisters, cousin and my side of family. Strange men in jiu-jitsu 🫣🤭😂 that was a warm hug that never got from father. Give with pure unconditional love intentions and see the outcome of your giving. 

Challenges I face

When giving hugs can be abit scary of the outcome like being scolded or someone feel the awkwardness I like one habit of mine that being child like, which I could use it easily if anyone resent the hug or find it awkward or try to scold me for it (never experience this yet) I always respond with child like voice "I wanted a hug so I am giving a hug much better then asking isn't it" and would with a smile and puppy eyes look to them. I pretend in my thought I am that small little child like 5yrs that needed this hugs so automatically everyone didn't get resentment or upset nor did they question any further but you will face some people who will be jealous or have fear in them would try they best to say that "Don't give hug to stranger they might think in a wrong way its not appropriate" Why would they say such things well the truth is Spreading Love is very high frequency. Those who have been Spreading Fear so easy also fear that nobody would live in fear anymore and Love would be more higher then Fear. 

Lets start Spreading Love by Giving Hugs Freely - What would you gain from this is pure bliss, peace, Unconditional Love awaken inside you easily.

Those who have Fear, here is some powerful tips:

If you fear they energy of negativity inside them when hug fear that they energy will enter you this is what I do and I found it to be so amazing. I visualize they negative energy go downward to they foot and into the earth So basically earth absorb all negativity and change it into positivity (Remember all materials product we use is made from earth element so they only free flow of energy no element can cause blockage only our own thoughts can do that)
