Day 17
1. Continue 1st Day Task being Magic Tree - Speak only when spoken too.
2. Continue 2nd Day Not buying anything new into your house - when you already have them at home.
3. Continue 3rd Day Don't Eat when your nose is hungry - Eat when your body is hungry
4. Continue 4th Day Always be on the move not giving the mind to speak anything to you or manipulate you.
5. Continue 5th Day Creating only positive Thought for people you see and hear.
6. Continue 6th Day Your Heart and Mind is your Airport, take responsibility of what you allow inside.
7. Continue 7th Day Power to Say to yourself "AM DOING IT FOR ME"
8. Continue 8th Day "Master your EYE" Let your eye be your assistant not hurt you.
9. Continue 9th Day Being Positive Water.
10. Continue 10th Day Power to Laugh at your own Mistake.
11. Continue 11th Day Give the gift of Hug to all you meet.
12. Continue 12th Day Pause Ask question before you say "Sorry" Say "Thankyou for letting me know I shall make note and be more mindful of my words"
13. Continue 13th Day Wake up before hitting Snooze button
14. Continue 14th Day Power to Silence when in Anger
15. Continue 15th Day Power to Let go of "My" & "Mine"
16. Continue 16th Day Power to see Lessons in Daily Walk
17. Power to wake up for yourself.
We all was train to wake up for school, collage and Work place. Then when weekend comes everyone want to sleep in and get up late waking up for self its out of the mind and heart. Have you ever notice small kids or just ask any mother what time do kids wake up or best of all ask your parent what time you got up when you were all small and what did parent tell you to do.
Personal Experience:
Son use to wake up at 5am and sometime 4am with excitement of new day but during that time I wasn't in discipline practice nor was I in spiritual journey, I wanted to wake up for son and hangout with him husband told him that go back to sleep its still dark outside I was shock and confuse why would adult say such things to kids and not wake up with him. I would question everything and slowly learn that all kids has the ability to wake up early in the morning with ease and enthusiasm. It was us adult that train them to sleep in and then train them to wake up for school rather then wake up for self.
I notice how many people around me would wake up for work but never choose to wake up for self. Farmer have to wake up for self, work at the same time mostly for work & responsibilities. I notice that when people choose to wake up for responsibilities some do it out of love, many do it out of duty & having lots of expectation which has cause them to go into stress & resentment.
I would question why was women train to wake up early but not men aren't we both equally human then slowly I stop questioning I just observe & learn the lesson. Experiment to see if I can wake up for self before I wake up for others with love & excitement in my heart.
Self-Discipline Started at Home:
1. Wake up at 3:30am, listen to Bk sister Shivani Teaching video.
2. Drink warm water, toilet, shower with cold water, change into white clothes.
3. Sit for Meditation - using Guided meditation from Brahma Kumaris.
4. Talk to Divine and gain knowledge, record voice for podcast and post them.
5. Water the plants and exercise.
6. wake up son for online class
Was able to go into self discipline without much effort cause of lockdown during covid time it was like a blessing for me. No more being control by people around me I was free during lock down I could do what I wanted others felt suffocated I felt freedom in that lockdown.
What I gain:
1. Desire of wanting to get up early for self
2. Clean out all the things that needed donation.
3. Having only one thought in mind I am going to be free from this cage
4. I could do anything when I put my concentration on it 100%
5. Experience high power and high level of confidence in me with less effort.
6. New Ideas would flow easily and solution would come with ease.
7. Look forward for next day with excitement
8. Write down plans of what to do for next day to give myself that excitement for a child in me.
9. When we were small we would get excited with just small little things so had to awaken the child in me so that the discipline go with ease and less effort.
10. Day seem more longer like as if one day is equal too 1 full week.
11. Time going very slowly for me like snail but for others it seem to be going fast for them.
12. I was able to enjoy every min and second that goes by like snail even though I do spend time online but with full of value time still move slowly.
13. Travel to classes or place or function it seem to be like time stop just for me I would reach far off places within 5min or 10min even though there is lots of traffic. Nothing bother me I use up all the time I get with joy and excitement.
14. When there is traffic while am driving I sing divine song or listen to spiritual teaching audio msg or speech for self improvement.
15. When travelling on public transportation use that time to read spiritual msg, post them, learn new language and learn new lesson.
Value every min you spend with mindfulness you will see the miracle that I experience let have some fun with time and lets make time go slowly for us all. You will notice that you are moving with ease, slow steady and time does the same. Focus your attention only on your task, goal, mission and see magic of time just like in harry potter movie. 🤭🥰✨💖🫣🤭
