1. Continue 1st Day Task being Magic Tree - Speak only when spoken too.
2. Not buying anything new into your house - when you already have them at home.
3. Don't Eat when your nose is hungry - Eat when your body is hungry

Our senses is the first thing that can be easily manipulated by outside and instead of checking with self that "Am I really hungry" 

Remember what smell good is bad for you and what doesn't have smell is good for you. 
Fruits and Vegetables doesn't have smell. 

Burn food have smell as well spices.
Burn meat have smell. 

Our nose is the first organ that anyone can easily manipulate it. 

People fall in love base on getting good smell from the opposite partner as well. They were documentary about using perfume to trick our mind into getting attracted to opposite sex base on the smell of the perfume on they skin. 

I lost my sense of smell during my pregnancy nothing taste good at all no matter what I do only when added lots of spice which my body later regret it when going toilet it burns. After delivery it got worst that I couldn't even get smell of perfume unless is very strong. Then I found a cure by changing all my diet into having lots of vegetables and fruits less carb and process food. Sense of smell came back as well sense of taste but I have to keep the same diet otherwise the old pattern type of food was the cause of losing the senses of smell to begin with.

When you crave spicy food - have raw chili 
when you crave salty food - have raw salt (put it at the tip of the tongue 
When you crave sweet food - have fruits
