26. Power to see all Human Emotions & behavior that are extreme as Nature disaster.

When Nature creates these disasters: Tornadoes, Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Droughts, Wildfires, Cyclones, Heat Waves, Storms, Hurricanes, Blizzards, Cold Waves, Ice Storms, Winter Storms, Landslides, Sinkholes, Volcanic Eruptions, Floods, Sinking Ships, and Avalanches, everyone experiences great loss, suffering, pain, struggles, and hardship. It takes time to heal those emotions and slowly rise up again to start all over on their own with the help of friends, family, and strangers. Have you ever witnessed people keep repeating the pain that these elements cause them? Do they hate these elements, or do they still continue to depend on them, even though they have caused so much destruction in their lives? While the Earth focuses on cleansing itself and making changes, have you ever seen humans verbally abuse these elements, even though what they did was not right? There are many humans who abuse these elements based on their own desires. Just like when these elements rise up to make changes on themselves, humans will forget all the abuse they did to these elements in the first place. We still continue to depend on them no matter what. We experience more bliss from them, and disaster only visits once in a while.

The power to compare human emotions to Earth disasters will blow your mind because you will have a choice now to either continue imprisoning yourself or set yourself free from the past disasters that have happened to you.

Comparing Nature to Human Behavior:
Tornado = Rape (Tornado doesn't ask permission to come in; it just takes everything, rips everything open, and destroys everything you have). Would you hate tornadoes? Now, don't forget tornadoes are wind, and wind is air. You can't live without air. Air is gentle, soft; wind is kind, strong; wind is anger; tornado is extreme, unpredictable behavior.

Personal Experience:
Being an observer has taught me lots of lessons. When I share them with loved ones, none of them can see the lessons I saw, and none value what I have to share. So, I surrender by being silent and continue learning the lessons. What paid off was being stable, at peace in all situations, and alert at all times. During the flood in Bangkok in 2011, I had a scary experience. I was about to sleep on the first floor, giving our bedroom to our sister-in-laws because their house area was flooded. I heard a weird sound on the wall. I kept looking and searching for the sound, but nobody could hear it. Then, when I saw something move on the wall, I jumped out of bed like a ninja and ran. My husband saw me and ran too. Nobody noticed what it was. I was 100% sure there was something. When I opened the blanket, there it was: a centipede, 38cm long and 8cm thick. I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to kill it and wanted to protect everyone from it. My husband took a can of bug spray and sprayed it. I kept saying sorry to the centipede. I was feeling what the centipede felt: fear, scared, and not wanting to die. The floor was fully wet with the poison spray, so it couldn't run away that fast. I called the guard outside to help and take it away. The guard said centipedes don't easily die; they will just faint and rise up again because they are strong. Even though I knew that, I still felt guilty and sad for trying to kill it, even though it didn't do anything to us. All it did was spook us, and it was running away from high water underground. It took me many years of prayer to send healing and ask for forgiveness for the centipede. Whenever it visited me in dreams, I would sit down and pray for it.

Exercise for Everyone: Make a list of all disasters and compare them with human behavior. Start with gentle, soft, anger, and then extreme behavior. This way, you will know how to warn yourself when they are angry and not provoke them to go to the extreme. Provoking is the cause of human behavior going to the extreme in such a way that the result is always destruction for both the provoker and the receiver of the provoker's extreme reaction.

We all have the power to calm down anger that doesn't escalate to extremes with peace, gentleness, kindness, compassion, understanding, and allowing it to erupt without provoking it with our words. That is the time when one should only speak to the storm with gentleness, no matter what. Notice how nature calms down its own disasters. Just as humans need to calm down their own disasters, it is also simple to give them a safe space to erupt without our disturbance or action. Just move away or observe from a distance to protect loved ones from their lava, which represents bitter words. Evacuating the area is the best solution. Only one person should be there to alert when the eruption is over, so they can call everyone back to clean up the mess. Nobody scolded the lava; they only complained about what it did. However, it is known that the lava has to melt everything in order to clean itself and recreate its land or increase the land space with lava.

Homework: Watch a nature disaster documentary to understand its nature well and learn how to handle your own emotions. Did you cause destruction with your emotions onto others, or did you choose to warn them to evacuate? Or did you go to your own safe space to express your emotions freely without getting provoked by the outside?
