When something trigger us or cause our inner world disturbance check what was the cause what ever happen outside of us can't hurt us unless we allow it to enter our mind. 


Today I have to enter scream ride which I didn't wanted but family all look at me with pls face so I feel universe wanted me to not take anything seriously and just go with the flow what have to come must come and just don't focus ur attention toward that.
