When you have experience all the pain and you are ready to end it all and choose to face the fear face to face you realize it was your own creation and learn how to defeat it with love.  

 

When we give love to fear it try it best to fight for it to keep fear alive in many. Fear is in the mind when we defeat fear in our mind imagine how would you start to see the world from the filter of your inner world that you defeat the fear.
