Simple step to know Inner Self
Part 8
Simple step to know Inner Self
1. Believe in your Dream
2. Spend time wisely, knowing what is precious and what matter the most to you keep in mind that our time on Earth is limited and hugely precious.
3. Follow your bliss and your energy. If someone asks you to do something, it make your heart sink, then say No. (If it feels heavy, don’t do it)
4. Allow Mood-ling time means doing nothing in particular, without any goal or purpose. Mood-ling time have ‘slow, big ideas’ Soft Time. Allow time for simply ‘being’.
5. Enjoy the simple pleasure of Life. Grab a pen and paper, and ‘go within’; then ask your higher wisdom: ‘What do I need to do to simplify my life?’ Be open to the possibility of making big changes.
6. Everything Works Out Perfectly ‘if you have just missed your planes’ learn to say ‘Ah Well’, send loving and positive thoughts and know that (whatever happened) it would be OK. Saying ‘Ah Well’ or EWOP doesn’t mean resigning yourself to a bad situation, it is an attitude of acceptance and genuine trust and it helped me maintain my inner peace. It is a way of moving – instantly – into Soft Time.
7. Focus on the Positive, what is good and right in your life. If you take a positive attitude towards life, then whatever happens you will make the best of the situation – seeing the opportunity in every crisis, always asking yourself ‘What can I learn from this?’ or ‘What is the gift in this situation?’ If you worry a lot, it is worth having a chat with The Worrier within you.
8. Deal with what Is, not what Might Be ‘we can save ourselves a huge amount of stress.’ The ego is not good at living in the present moment is more focus on ‘What if’ or ‘Might Be’. Focus on what is happening now the present moment is our point of power, is a sacred gift and if we stay focused in the moment, even during a crisis, we will be living in Soft Time.
9. Delete ‘Yes But …’ & ‘Can’t …’ From your Vocabulary. Another common way of blocking growth certain phrases crop up again and again – phrases which get in the way of living with joy and fulfilling our higher purpose, which drag us down into heaviness, stuckness and frustration. Replace your Vocabulary with positive phrases with
• I could
• I choose to
• I will
• Oh Yes, I can do it
• I choose not to
