Thoughts Being with my thoughts sometime scares me cause sometime it's my friend and sometime it my enemy telling whispering all negative thoughts about the incident that happened today or in the past making up story in my mind and I notice it comes so offend that I wanted to feel It or act on it, but that's isn't my aim to live in depression so I started talking to it didn't help so I took a nap before sleeping thinking it's not me the thoughts is somebody else pain "am not in pain" somebody is in pain but wanted me to act on it but I am happy in my peaceful world no drama, role play, labels etc.  After the nap I got my answers "you are so wonderful 💕" my best friend my thoughts is working for me again the negative only comes when I choose to think about that incident it never worked against I just didn't practices mindfulness all the time also monitor my thoughts or what am about to think about.  You see everything It all depen...

Struggle    Since childhood I have witness many thing my parents thinks it's Struggle as for me I felt it was fun, adults sometime take it too seriously with life for them its about future as for me I felt its about now enjoy the moment at the fullest.           Walking on Rooftop it's dangerous but for us it was fun, exploring and adventures. Living in fear take aways the joy of everything u do. I Notice that when I am alone I would go ahead and talk to stranger I dont really care am shameful person haha 😅 but when I don't text anyone everyone wouldn't want to chat first, I notice that nobody text me haha 😅😆🙃😄 in the end alone again.  I fine it funny we all want company and when somebody step forward towards you to talk but nobody want to step forward 😅🤣😂. Is like if u want ice-cream 🍦🍧🍨you would rather want somebody to get but will never get it yourself.

Good Company can only be found with people who aren't family, relatives and who aren't attach to relationships.  We are all different we have different like, dislike, habits and addiction. If we love them unconditionally we wouldn't shame them of there addiction but would be kind with our words and actions. Unconditional love mean not to provoke wife infront of a child.
