Today Sadness visited 😞 

Feeling all alone with the house full of people, 

Happiness is within when doing something productive,

When giving myself a break sadness comes,

Go online to help guide I feel happy to help,

When get too tired from texting take a break,

Sadness visit again now got no where to hide,

Sadness is sitting infront of me asking why don't u want to feel me.

Me: I don't want to cry

Sadness: You will feel better, you suppress alot of pain 💔 

Me: when I cry my nose get block

Sadness: how about we read books together ❤ 

Me: will u speak something to make me cry.

Sadness: I can't promise u that 

Me: Then u better not come near me

Sadness is bring Anger now

Me: I call divine ✨ 💫💖 help me remove this Sadness

Anger ran away saw divine light ✨ 💫💖

Sadness is sitting and looking at me

Me: smiling back to Sadness and not reacting.
