Always fine time to do nothing just practice being in your inner world where u can day dream plant garden in your mind, spread creativity within imagination of what you want in life.


If you notice family members around you older people they seem not to love being by themselves cause they have never learn to create inner world and when ur inner world has been neglected the maya will come in to take roots. Then it becomes really had for you stay alone cause the roots of maya has grown into biggest thorn of trees full of pain, guilt, anger,  ego, lust,  attachment,  depression,  anxiety, sadness and fear. That you don't want to face your inner world so love to fine something from outer world to make us not scared of our inner world that we never took time out to love ourselves.

Outer world is for the body needs but we have become soo obsess with short term happiness and it easy, fastest way to get it. Many keep on avoiding to face themselves alone with any distraction that there have become addicted to the outer world desire.

Our inner world, inner child, inner peace keep coming up to remind you to pay attention cause the side effects of your neglecting your inner world is Anger, Ego, Attachment, Lust and Greed.
