🌬 The Inner Geomancer Day 2: Inherited Patterns Some habits aren’t ours.  We didn’t choose them.  We absorbed them.  Chewing Food In olden day people chew food longer the more u chew ur food our gums get tired from chewing which send signals to the body am full so basically 😅 we so little and get full fast. That's why people in olden time were very healthy before man made food started.  Nature food has it's own flavor but no smell like now adays food. I remember in one of the book they wrote food that smell good aren't healthy and foods that doesn't smell are healthy so basically all vegetables, fruits and nuts 😜 😀 our own taste buds love the food of man made but our stomach love nature food more. Stomach is smarter then tongues 👅 😏😂🤣  Next time u eat try chewing ur food experiment it and see do u get tired from eating. 🤣😂 the more u chew the food longer the more it will benefit you for the long run.

Fighting        Fine false in somebody so that can take out anger to the other people to realise frustrated.  3. Talk about the third person        Talk about someone else that is not our business to tell or it doesn't help us or improve our life for the better. 4. What will people say or think         Care for society that never live with us, help us in our work, but just giving opinion how we should act or behave, demand respect, do as u are told and never walk out of line. 5. Wanting and Expectation        Didnt full fill Expectation will get judgement, blackmail, comparing, controlling, demanding and abusive. 6. Finding peace outside and focus on bad outcome in life. 7. Practice wanting love, controlling others an...
