Trigger (Help us to grow)


What people saying💬 or give opinion it trigger us to get upset😡 or react😖😠😢 to their words but if we practice mindfulness and pause before we react to there words. Challenge are there to help us grow💞 to be a better person anytime someone trigger us pause use mindfulness😌 talk to your thoughts 💭why it trigger our anger😠, sadness😢, depression😖 or anxiety😞. Sometime these trigger happen cause of old trauma happen to us in the past and it resurface cause of words also is the best time to heal 💞👶your inner child. 

Our thoughts 💭are like babies 👶that have been abuse😖😠😟😞😔😓😡 in the past, childhood, teenager or present moment that we buried without we knowing it. Talking to yourself is very healthy cause it's like nurturing our inner child that we let others abuse and we themselves abuse on top.

Before we react to words talk to your inner child 

"There there what happen dear why it's causing you to get upset what did it remind you of, did something happen in the past? Don't take other peoples words or opinion to heart is not about you it's there belief system and also their habit of not being kind."

"You have a choice to be kind to yourself, don't believe or label yourselves that way talk to me and we shall resolve this together, let me help you my inner child love."
